- Enabling the mechanisms necessary to prevent and detect unauthorised use of the Platform, such as potential fraud attempts. If we conclude that a transaction may be fraudulent or we detect abnormal behaviour indicating that our features or services are being used fraudulently, the transaction may be blocked or your user account may be deleted.
- Managing service capacity information requests and service reservations through the platform.
INFORMATION: Only the personal information strictly necessary to manage or resolve your request or application will be processed. If you contact us by e-mail, our conversations may be recorded for our service quality and the fulfilment of your requests.
